Fine Eyeliner

Create a thin, precise line in just one stroke with the fineline fine-tip liner! This water-based pen features a soft, flexible tip for ultimate precision and control, while delivering the perfect amount of color. Available in colors such as Black, Dark Blue, Dark Brown, Emerald, and Plum.

To use, simply apply the eyeliner at the base of your upper lashes. For optimal results, store the product horizontally and make sure to tightly close the cap to prevent the pen from drying out.

Ingredients include water (aqua), butylene glycol, alcohol, glycerin, black 2 (CI 77266), polyacrylate-16, disodium cetyl phenylether disulfonate, peg/ppg-14/4 dimethicone, peg-14 dimethicone, phenoxyethanol, dehydroacetic acid, propylene glycol, caprylyl glycol, diethyhexyl sodium sulfosuccinate, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate sodium laureth-12, sulfate, and pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butylhydroxyhdrocinnamate.

This fine tip liquid liner is quick-drying, crease-proof, and can last up to 12 hours based on a panel test. It is also cruelty-free, paraben-free, and vegan.
